We contacted Michelle almost a year ago to begin the process of identifying properties in Scottsdale. Despite knowing that our timing for actually closing on a property was almost a year out (in order to align with my youngest son's high school graduation) and required us to sell our current home, Michelle was not phased by the long timeline or the complexity of our situation.
