I recently sold my home in Washington state to move across country. I was under a great deal of stress and had a very short amount of time to get everything accomplished. I wanted a realtor who was compassionate about my situation, trustworthy and reliable. Previous experiences afforded me the knowledge of requests to make, options available and pitfalls to be aware of. I knew Michelle Harold attended my church but we didn't know each other very well.
