We liked their team approach, Colleen and Michelle brought their individual talents and personalities that complimented the both of them. Colleen and Michelles photographer took a lot of pictures, even adding a virtual pool table to highlight the versatility of an open rooms use for example, showcasing the home online through social media and the Alaska MLS. They did regular checkups to make sure there was always enough paper brochures in the street advertising stand, they advertised the home in our local real estate flyer, and gave us feedback after home showings When we originally listed the home they took their time going over all the required documents and then after we received our offer from the buyers they walked us through the closing and made it a seamless process, even in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
