She was also very aggressive in terms of dealing with our lenders so we were competitive. When our existing lender was not competitive enough in terms of days to closing, she managed to get us in touch with a lender who was. Our house came with chickens that we though we wanted. When we realized we couldnt handle 8 chickens (including 2 roosters), Michelle quickly mobilized her local resources. We were able to find them a new loving home in a day.
