Michelle Davis is originally from Morgantown, West Virginia where she earned a degree is Business Administration. After practicing real estate in Cincinnati, Ohio for 3 years, Michelle moved to Ocala, Florida in June of 2020 and is continuing to pursue her love of helping people make their dreams come true. Michelle treats her clients as if they are family and provides her expertise and experience with true southern hospitality. Michelle Davis is the real deal. Real professional. Real personable. Real excellent. When I first met Michelle she was complimentary of our home and its chances of selling quickly. She did not low ball the estimate or sugar coat things. Everything she did was EXCELLENT from excellent pictures of the home to excellent managing of out ever-changing appointments. I thought it would be easy to manage the appointments but I am glad she took full responsibility for them; because several people wanted to see the home once it was on MLS but then the musical-chair appointments started. Michelle kept me in the loop and all the customers were able to see the house with no no mix ups or mishaps. All with little inconvenience to my family.After a few showings in a couple days we had competing offers. Michelle laid out the situation and asked us how we wanted to proceed and she did as we requested. If we asked for advice she was willing to provide insights.Michelle was at the closing (very supportive) and even reached out to us after our move to see how the family was. All-in-all everything she did was above and beyond all rolled into to professional caring and experience.Whenever I hear someone is moving, the first words out of my mouth are: Do you have a realtor because I know a great one.
