ZillowVERIFIEDWe will make this brief. When it comes to RRRVR, Michelle is the ONLY choice. She lives right outside of the gate allowing her to offer 24/7 service. We have two lots listed with her and she sold one of them in three days (closed yesterday), strictly from using her Rolodex - they never visited the lot (BTW, we bought that lot through Michelle as well)! And she is closing in one the second. We drive around and see the "Sale By Owner" signs on lots for weeks and months (We too tried it for a couple of weeks with lots of interest but NO buyers). Most owners who try and sell on their own will take less than ask... and the discount is often greater that her commission. Why bother! And finally, her and her team's coordination for closing makes the whole process super simple.
