Jennifer was great to work with. We were working with her from out of town getting a house built. That can be very stressful, but I called her with several questions. She was very responsive and went to the different site and always sent me pictures and told me if I had any problems just call her. She did a great job negotiating some issues we had with choices we put in from the Builder. She was able to get us a refund. She went above and beyond and all aspects.
