Francesco was very friendly, respectful, available and driven; for example, he often met with us after hours or on weekends to show us properties. He is also a great communicator, personable and responsible; for example, he wasn't discouraged when we received rejections. Francesco is also willing to engage in and learn creative strategies that can seal the deal. To begin with, he was willing to show us properties that other realtors had refused to show us because they thought competition was too high, and that my partner and I weren't competitive enough. Secondly, the house we ended up buying was a very complicated property because it had 2 illegal units; Francesco was supportive of the solutions suggested by our mortgage advisor to help the property pass inspection.
