Michele Rennie was an absolute delight to work with through the entire process of our home buying experience. We met her remotely based on a recommendation of a friend in Walla Walla who had also purchased from her to give her an idea of what we were looking for in the area. Then we met in person to walk through a few of the houses on our list and she added one house to our line up that we hadn't expected...and that one ended up being "the one" for us! Since we did the whole transaction remote after that she was fantastic with ensuring we hit all the deadlines, and even brought in experts when a few items popped up at inspection so that they could be quickly resolved. I really can't say enough about her incredible depth of knowledge in the area, in real estate, and in connecting us with the right people from our mortgage broker to our inspector, to the foundation expert. She really does a spectacular job. I highly recommend working with her if you're able to.

Michele Rennie is very professional, polite, friendly, easy to be with, knowledgeable, an excellent planner, scheduler, communicator, and has outstanding skills and abilities.Michele showed us many houses (9), she scheduled all of the appointments and was very patient while I went through each house with a magnifying glass. She gave us a lot of historical details on each house, the neighborhoods and what would work well for us. She was right in all aspects.We found the house of our dreams and she put in the offer for us. She worked well with negotiations with the other real estate agent, and all of the other contacts: bank, escrow, etc. She also gave us names of vendors for all services: inspectors, roofers, plumbers, landscapers, etc.Michele is very knowledgeable in the rules and regulations for all of the real estate matters. We were very happy with her advice and guidance as we are not locals. She made the transaction go very smoothly, efficiently and made it easy on us.
