We met her remotely based on a recommendation of a friend in Walla Walla who had also purchased from her to give her an idea of what we were looking for in the area. Then we met in person to walk through a few of the houses on our list and she added one house to our line up that we hadn't expected...and that one ended up being "the one" for us! Since we did the whole transaction remote after that she was fantastic with ensuring we hit all the deadlines, and even brought in experts when a few items popped up at inspection so that they could be quickly resolved. I really can't say enough about her incredible depth of knowledge in the area, in real estate, and in connecting us with the right people from our mortgage broker to our inspector, to the foundation expert.
