She was incredibly insightful in recommending the things I needed to do to get my house ready for showings, and though some of them were rather involved and a bit more costly than I had wanted my preparation work to be, she was totally correct and everything looked so much better after I was done getting the house ready. It showed beautifully, and after 2 weeks on the market we sold the house for over-asking which was amazing! During the entire, stressful process Michele was level-headed, calm and gave me great advice whenever I was unsure.
