I was so grateful that I choose to work with Michele Hill to help me sell my house. She was incredibly insightful in recommending the things I needed to do to get my house ready for showings, and though some of them were rather involved and a bit more costly than I had wanted my preparation work to be, she was totally correct and everything looked so much better after I was done getting the house ready.
