Michele Coleman Your District Director In my role as District Director, my goal is making sure each agent is successful and knowledgeable in their real estate career. As a leader, which is one of Fathom principles, I will partner with you for your success as much or less as you need me. Success means differently to everyone, and I will promote what that means to each of our Individual Agents and Teams. I participate in events to educate potential new homeowners with real estate, credit, and mortgage loan education. I also volunteer to help feed the homeless and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
