We found Michele by chance, as her brokerage was handling a listing for an existing home we wanted to see. I was impressed at our initial meeting--she helped us articulate what exactly we actually wanted, and made sure that both my partner and I were happy and on the same page...I tend to be a little outspoken. Throughout the process, she was in tune with any subtle concerns we had and made sure she addressed them.We went under contract in early January and did not close on the house until late July. Throughout the construction process, there were a lot of hiccups on the builder side. Michele was there for all of it, and worked tirelessly--above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor--to ensure we were satisfied and being treated fairly. Even when nothing was happening with the house (i.e., construction was not yet scheduled to begin), Michele regularly touched base with us to make sure we didn't need anything. We appreciated this tremendously, and her contact method varied--some checkups, she'd text, sometimes she'd call, and sometimes she'd e-mail. This variety was nice, because it showed how responsive and accessible Michele was.I know that I'm a demanding client, but she did not let me down once. At the end, we had an incredible realtor and I highly recommend her. She was a great, reliable, and professional realtor, but also treated us like we were old friends.Michele, thank you for getting us into our first home, and we look forward to your help with the next adventure! -T&D
