Pats name was on a list provided to me by my employer of suggested realtors. Selecting Pat was one of the best decisions I could have made. He was immediately responsive and quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. We had a bit of a crunched timeline so he didnt waste any time. He served as a proxy as we were out of town and we learned quickly that his opinion could be trusted. All the information was broken down in easy to explain terminology. He got a lead on something we may like and got ahold of us immediately and headed to the property. He walked us through the home pointing out positive and negative aspects. He even tested the water. We put down a bid and had it accepted the following day. And when my employer decided to be difficult with onboarding, he helped reschedule the closing date. We looked for quite a while before we found the right house for us. Pat was patient with us and did a great job helping us see the potential of the various properties we viewed. He was always prepared, reviewing the seller's inspection reports so we were aware of issues up front. He gave us advance notice of the property we wound up purchasing so we were able to drive past it and through the neighborhood several times before the property was available for viewing. Pat kept us in touch with the changing market conditions. Pat understands the process and works with a great team that support each other as needed. Once our offer was accepted, he made an appointment so we could go into the property again with our flooring contractor with samples, and they could measure rooms so new flooring was ready to be installed the day we closed.
