I'm Michele Bass, and my mission in real estate is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals by listening to their individual situations and making the best recommendations to guide them throughout the process. I keep up with the constant market changes, technology and smart communications so my clients will feel that I am their best real estate resource. In today's market keeping up with the changes, new lender options, appraisal challenges, contract stipulations and neighborhood nuances are VITAL to a good real estate transaction. For buyers it is so much more than locating a home and filling out a contract. For sellers it takes so much more than a sign in the front yard. It takes continuous work and prompt follow-up. I have created an intense marketing program that includes internet-internet-internet, advertising, post cards, flyers, networking and keeping on-top of market changes to make adjustments that get properties SOLD. Because I'm serious about doing the very best job for my clients, I completed the requirements to earn the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of REALTORS(R) along with earning the Graduate, REALTOR(R) Institute (GRI) designation. It is my goal to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR(R) who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. My clients expect the best from me, and they get it... beginning with communication. Not only do I keep them informed of everything going on with their purchase or sale; they know that if they call or email with a question or concern I'll respond as quickly as possible. And if they just need to "talk something out," I'll take the time to listen. On a personal note, I am a HUGE animal lover. I have 4 indoor cats of my own. I also support the ASPCA in saving the lives of animals. I feel that we need to do everything we can to put an end to animal cruelty. I also enjoy walking and running. I prefer to be outdoors when I walk/run but East TN weather won't always allow it (LOL). I love living in Knoxville and during our Vols Football season, you will probably find me attending some of our home games. If there is anything else you would like to know, feel free to ask me.
