We contacted Michail Konstas of Signature Premier Properties at the end of May 2021 for a free home market evaluation. I saw their signs all over the neighborhood for high end homes and decided to give them a call. At this time, we were considering the possibility of selling our home in Country Estates. We sat down with Michail and he answered any and all of our many questions regarding the real estate market, showing during a pandemic and our concern upon finding a place to live once our home sold. Needless to say, after interviewing other realtors, we signed up with Signature Premier Properties and requested Michail. We explained that we did not want any open houses due to Covid, did not more than two people at a time entering our home, they must be fully masked, wear booties and gloves, and preferred not to have a for sale sign on our property. Michail was professional, personable, courteous and respectful of all of our requests and made us feel at ease every step of the way. We were very excited that our home had multiple, over ask offers the first day it was listed and we accepted one of those offers.
