I found a house I liked in a town I was unfamiliar with. That is how I found Michael. He responded to my request to see the house. When I decided it was time to make an offer, Michael was there every step of the way. He reminded me of what I needed to do. He sent my questions to the listing realtor. He coordinated with the mortgage broker, the attorney, sent me vendors for inspections, met me at the house a million times...he did everything but shovel the drive for me. Hey, that would have put him way over the top...and I think he would have done it if I asked him to. He always had recommendations on where to eat and what to do and see in town. Once he even delayed a family bowling outing on a Sunday to open the house for me. This guy is first-rate! If you want to buy a home in the Johnstown area you would be a dummy if you didn't use Michael!
