Mike was truly a great partner in the buying process. Gave good advice in the negotiating stage, then stood by ne to ensure that the closing took place as planned. A few bumps in the road did materialize before and after closing, but Mike proactively jumped in to smooth them out. Great local knowledge of resources; e.g., I had a metal roof put on the house using the Amish contractor he recommended.
