Michael is a very knowledgable realtor. He kept me in check with what is reasonable and what is being nitpicky with dealing with the seller on home repairs from the inspection report. In the end, I got a great deal on a remodeled home where the seller gave a reasonable compensation for closing and the repairs needed.
