Michael Torres has helped us buy 2 houses and sell one. We had very particular requirements each time, and Michael was tireless in his search for houses for us, often traveling over an hour from our current house to check things out. He had great suggestions for what to work on to make the house we were selling more attractive to buyers, and brought in a professional photographer to make the house look flattering. The house inspectors noted his experience with the process, as he walked with them, as did the other parties doing the paperwork. He helped us negotiate on the purchase of both (which we got well below asking), and the sale of ours.
