Working with Michael has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. I am a first time home buyer, and Michael helped me navigate every area of the home buying process. He always kept me in the loop and responded within 30 minutes to every email. He managed to keep me calm during some very contentious counter offers with the sellers agent. He really was spot on with what we should offer for the house. I am glad to say, we got the house for significantly off the asking price!
