Always have a real estate agent representing you. You will be able to tell how good they are if they answer the phone and after a few discussions. Always get a CMA and make your agent explain it to you.

Don't look for popular, high gross agent with tons of listings. If an agent has 30 listings, how much time will they have for you?

Military mainly. Also, retired, senior, young first time buyers, first time sellers, family and intermediary situations.

I love transactions in which my clients place a lot of trust in me. It makes it easier to represent them more fully and I always explain each step or process along the way so that my clients understand what's happening anyway. I want to teach them what right looks like.

I've always been interested in real estate and went right in once I retired from the Army.

I have an M.B.A. I think it's a great designation to have especially for investor/clients. I often provide advice on investments, financial tracking, economics and ROI.
