Mr. Soon is the most talented real estate professional I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold a lot of houses. My prior impression of real estate agents is that they get paid a lot of money to put the house on multiple listing and nothing more. Mr. Soon is the exception. When it came time to sell the family house which had been in the family for 70 plus years, I need somebody who could help get the house prepped for sale. It need renovations; I needed cash for renovations. I need some to manage what should be left as is and what should be renovated. I live on the east coast and needed someone to manage. Who do I call for anything. Mr. Soon had all the answers. He has the contacts to get things done. As far as marketing, Mr. Soon is the real pro. Photos, staging, videos, printed materials, or whatever, Mr. Soon did everything first class. We not only sold our house, but we got nearly 25% over the asking price. Had I tried to do any of these things on my own, I would have been stuck in the weeds. Mr. Soon earned every penny of his commission. And he changed my impression of what a real estate professional is.
