Michael was very easy to get a hold of when wanting to look at houses. I could call or text him anytime of day and he was ready to help. I gave the three stars for responsiveness because after we were pending he seemed to disappear. Tried calling and he did not return my phone calls. Not sure what happened.

I met Michael in January while visiting the Boise area for the first time. Once we met I knew that I didn't want to look any farther for a realtor when it came time to look for a home.
