Being a 51 year old woman in a wheelchair with extensive medical challenges, my husband and I have very unique needs when it comes to finding a home in this next stage in our lives as he continues to steps into the role of my caretaker. So when it came time to make the difficult decision to sell our beautiful home and move into a townhome, we knew we needed someone with a lot of patience & compassion. To say we were overwhelmed with the task at hand would be putting it lightly. As a matter of fact, we sat on the decision for 3 years. Gail is a realtor as well but not currently active as an agent. Gail assisted Michael throughout our entire journey. This has included taking part in the showings of our home where WE required everyone who entered to wear gloves & masks bc I'm immunocompromised. While Michael navigated the scheduled showings, Gail stood out in the heat on our driveway with a table where we provided all the necessary precautionary materials. She made sure nobody entered our home without respecting our wishes for all precautions to be taken. Gail also took time out of her day to stay with us when we needed more time at a particular home and Michael had to step out for a bit. She gave of herself just as he has. They both have tremendous patience and compassion!
