Ryan Mutchler is beyond amazing at his job. He goes above and beyond for his clients. For example: I had to remove a wood stove from my home before I could sell it. I physically couldn't have done that my self, there was just no way. Without me even asking he recruited a friend and together they not only removed it but disposed of it for me. What realtor does that? Mine did! If I called or texted him he always got back to me almost immediately. My house was pending in less than a week and even when the first offer fell through he jumped back into the game and had me signing papers again within the next few days. He made my selling experience almost stress free if you can believe that. If you need a realtor, Ryan is your man he will get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Ryan Mutchler is THE BEST. I don't even know where to begin. He is very responsive to questions and concerns and sincerely cares about his clients' interests. Further he is very knowledgeable not only about buying and selling homes, but also about the lending process.My husband and I had been "kind of" looking for a home for the past couple of years. We honestly weren't that serious about finding a new home. I found Ryan when I inquired about a home that I saw online last year. It was 10 p.m. I was just looking around on the website and hit the contact button, assuming that we wouldn't hear from someone until the next morning. Ryan sent me an immediate response and asked when I'd like to communicate about the home. We texted back and forth and he showed us the home the very next day. Even though that particular home didn't work out, Ryan enthusiastically showed us more homes and worked with OUR schedules, even though he knew we weren't really serious just yet about buying. Fast forward a year and Ryan was just as responsive and enthusiastic about us as clients (even though we still weren't finding our dream home). Then, one day, Ryan contacted us as we were driving back from running errands. He texted us a Zillow picture/information about a home. I first looked at it and wasn't sure what I thought yet. Since we were coming back from being out, I asked Ryan if he could meet us at the home. He was there within 10 minutes! Further, the home surpassed all our expectations and offered more than we could've imagined! It had just gone on the market that very day! We made an offer by 1 p.m. and it was accepted that evening. If Ryan hadn't been so responsive to us and hadn't really listened to what we were looking for in a home, we would not have this house today and I'm convinced we'd still be out there "kind of" looking. We found out later that multiple offers had come in that evening, but ours had already been accepted! Thank you Ryan for your responsiveness, quick wit, positive attitude and sense of humor. We will be recommending you to anyone we know that is buying a home!!
