ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Mike after I had already selected a home. He thoroughly explained the purchasing process to me over lunch and subsequent calls/meetings. He was also able to get me quickly pre-approved with one of his trusted lenders. I was able to find a home insurance quote myself, but Mikes friends at Palm insurance were able to beat it. Mike also had a list of inspectors handy, and I went with House Scan to inspect the first house. They uncovered a number of serious issues, and after reviewing the reports, decided to walk away. Thanks to Mikes understanding of the ins and outs of our contract, I was able to immediately back out of the purchase and retain my binder. Three days later, we made a strong offer (below appraisal) on another house that fit the bill and it was smooth sailing from there. Cant recommend Mike enough. His professionalism and tenacity to close at a good price is unmatched.

In one months time, I returned from a deployment, navigated the through the busy holiday season, set up a move, then moved across the country, all while going through the home buying process. The only reason I was able to manage all this is because Mike made the process an absolute breeze. genuine and caring customer service combined with expert local knowledge are Mikes strong suit. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous house in a great neighborhood for $15,000 under asking price! Mike is an extremely effective communicator and was always hasty with a response to all my questions. I was originally interested in a different home than the one I ended up buying, due to my lack of knowledge about the area, I failed to realize that the home, although nice, was in a less than desirable area; Mike talked me out of trying to buy the house. Ive purchased homes in the past and have never heard of a real estate agent talking a customer out of buying a property. Mike is a genuinely good person, knew the area extremely well, and wasnt going to let me walk into a bad deal for the sake of getting a quick sell. He was there with me every step of the way going far above and beyond all my expectations of what a typical agent does. He helped me shop for and find a great lender, home inspector and insurance company and even helped my girlfriend find a job (unreal). Mike single-handidly made the entire move and home buying process easy and enjoyable. I look forward to going back to Mike for future purchases.
