Hi have worked with a number of realtors both residential and commercial, and Michael is hands down the best one I've worked with. I have a couple of properties and have done extensive research on them prior to making a purchase (looking for liens, judgements, tax sales, tax deeds, etc). Most realtors I've talked to don't even know what those are, or how to look them up in your county. I've had some push me to sign contracts with judgements without even knowing there were any on the property. Mike does all of his research, understands the market, and works very well with his clients. He stays with you every-step of the way. He has found me and other friends/family members great deals and truly wants the best for his clients.
