I am an first time buyer on the real estate market so I didn't know what I was doing. I knew him from the gym I used to go to and I wasn't disappointed. He helped me every step of the way and was flexible to meet me on my schedule. If I had a question about something he informed me of the answer if he didn't know he found out for me. He kept in touch with me regarding every Condo that was on sale and informed me of what the taxes would be in the area as in if they are going to be high or low. I was also looking to rent out a condo so he kept that in mind. After I have purchased my condo he even helped me to find a tenant for my condo. He found one right away and we got the tenant moved in right away. I highly recommend him.
