I am an out-of-state buyer, relocating due to work, so I expect my buying process will be more difficult and complicated to manage due to my availability. However, Michael was very accommodating and extremely responsive. We had a zoom call for introductions and when I was in the area, Michael took me on a tour of all the neighborhoods that fits my criteria.
