I am an out-of-state buyer, relocating due to work, so I expect my buying process will be more difficult and complicated to manage due to my availability. However, Michael was very accommodating and extremely responsive. We had a zoom call for introductions and when I was in the area, Michael took me on a tour of all the neighborhoods that fits my criteria. I get the impressions that he is extremely knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods and can tell me the up and downs of each. He would respond to my questions within an hour even when I send him some thing over the weekend. I eventually managed to close on a house and the process was relatively painless thanks to Michael. I would highly recommend him for his experience, knowledge, friendliness and his general helpful nature.

It doesnt surprise me to see so many 5-star reviews for Michael. We moved from LA to the Thousand Oaks area last summer and both he and his niece Kendra were all we could have hoped for from realtors - and some. We sold a London flat and were first time buyers in the US. From early Zoom calls explaining the whole process to two three-hour sessions touring neighborhoods (plus an unprecedented wealth of info on his website, covering everything from reputed contractors to the vibe of each sub-neighborhood), he prepped us well for our search. Just as well as it was competitive out there. We ended up putting an offer below asking on the third place we saw - and got the house. Michael spent so many hours answering every last question, showing up at the house when contractors were there (our house was a bit of a fixer upper), negotiating with the sellers etc. He was a thorough pro, a great guy to deal with, very communicative over text. Through him we found great painters, designers, and other useful contacts. Will definitely be hitting Michael and Kendra up if/when we move again.
