As an active real estate broker serving the north & northwest suburban communities of Chicagoland for nearly forty years, I offer my clients extensive market knowledge. My years of experience as a Certified Firefighter III/Fire Inspector, combined with my experience building and rehabbing homes has proven to benefit my customers. My knowledge of construction, building codes & construction costs sets me apart from the typical real estate broker. My involvement in community, industry & political organizations including area chambers of commerce, multiple listing services, industry boards of directors, committees & Rotary International ensures I am aware of current market, industry & community trends. I am a past President of the the Greater Chicagoland Broker Council, a past Chair and member of the Grievance Committee of the Main Street Organization of REALTORS(R), Chair of the Government Affairs Committee with the Heartland REALTOR(R) Organization, a member of the McHenry County 2030 Regional Planning Commission and am currently Co-Chair of the Main Street Organization of REALTORS(R) Broker/Lawyer Committee.
