I am so happy we lucked up and got Mike as our realtor. After searching for months in south Mississippi for a piece of property for our future homestead, and being dismissed by several uninterested and unhelpful realtors, we began searching in Tennessee. The very first property we found checked all our boxes, so we reached out through Zillow to set up a showing and Mike answered the call! From that point on, he helped us through the entire process (a nerve wracking experience as an out-of-state buyer), always making us feel like we mattered and that he genuinely wanted to help us achive our dream. He is also a great negotiator apparently, because we managed to secure the property on the first offer. The story started almost two years ago. We listed with a different agent, and without getting into all the specifics the house was still on the market. So for almost 1.5 years our home was still on the market. Our agent at the time recommended we work with Mike to sell the house. Pros: Pointed out flaws of houses/properties and warned of major issues he could see. Gave great advice on his experience with the type of loan we were taking. Excellent communication. He informed us quickly on every new update. He answered all of our questions quickly and was available via several different mediums. Gave us reminders if we didnt fill something out/needed to finish some paperwork in time. And most of all he was very nice! He is very personable and never made us feel like we had a dumb question.
