ZillowVERIFIEDOver the last 16 months, my wife and I have taken advantage of Michael Ponte's services to both buy and sell a home, and both times he greatly impressed us with his market knowledge, attention to detail and, most of all, his cheerful willingness to go the extra mile in order make things happen.When buying, he patiently showed us lots of properties that met our requirements (which does not always happen with Realtors) and, when we changed our buying criteria completely in the middle of the process, instantly pivoted to properties that matched them -- without complaint.He stayed with us throughout the process, answering our questions patiently and holding our hands right up until closing and beyond, even recommending contractors to help with some renovations we needed to do.When selling, he was even more invaluable, as we had moved out of the area and could not oversee the process ourselves. Michael waved off any concerns we might have had about a remote sale and took care of everything that needed to be done to prepare the house, including having it cleaned and getting some minor repairs completed.Crucially, he enabled us to find a buyer quickly and get the right price for our home, too.I truly believe we could not have achieved a successful and agreeable purchase or sale without Michael's rare talents.Oh, and he's a pretty nice guy, to boot!We cannot recommend him highly enough for all your real estate needs.
