I entered the Real Estate industry after a successful 30-year career of progressive leadership with PVH CORP, spending 15 of those years as SVP Retail Services, for Calvin Klein Inc. My ability to recognize the clients' needs to drive their decision making, helped make me a top performer in my field. I was involved in all real estate decisions and site visits to review and sign-off on North America leases, build-out economics, and design and layout, and I worked closely with Architects and Construction Teams to define and best utilize spaces and maximize profits.
