If you read the other numerous positive reviews of Mike Perez the term professional is front and center, but I would like to talk about other qualities we experienced. We are from the Toronto, ON area which is a great distance from Pinellas County and we needed someone we could trust and be confident that he would handle all details for us, and that is what he received. First, a detailed home evaluation; not a one or two-page comparison, we received two factual information packages that gave us confidence that we were pricing our beach condo correctly. Secondly, once we made the decision to sell he walked us through documentation answering questions, and we had many because we are Canadians selling in the USA. He was always made himself available.Next was the promotional and selling package which were amazing and other condo owners in our building that received his mailings called us to say how spectacular they were.
