I simply cannot say enough good things about Michael in the space allotted here but if I had 100 houses to sell, I would use him for each one as the selling agent. I asked him to sell two townhouses which were rentals for the past 40 years. In my eyes, they were a lot worse than "challenged" after that time period as rentals. Michael took the initiative to even fix things personally that I did not know were even broken or would not pass or even look good in an inspection. He knew what to spruce up and how to get maximum value for the sale. Even in a sellers market, he exceeded all expectations of what I thought a selling agent could be.
