He was very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. We needed to sell our home in order to purchase a new home that was near end completion. It was a very stressful process but Michael helped us navigate through the low ball offers to buyers that fell out of contract due to numerous reasons, to inspection requirements that were requested. He was able to finally get us a solid offer and close before the completion of our new home. I would highly recommend Michael for buying or selling your home, we couldn't of ask for a better realtor!
