When we were getting down to the wire & trying to coordinate timing of sales on both houses, I was throwing out F bombs & he was cool as a cucumber. I did not know Mike prior to coming in contact with him through Zillow. I had a good impression from the start. He was very responsive & particularly knowledgeable on lake area homes. This was not our first time going through the process, but I was a little anxious & apprehensive. I wasn?t sure we were quite ready to take this step right before my Husband would be retiring at 62. We just started out slow with no pressure & got approved for more than I expected so off we went. We ended up with a home we are very happy with on a lake we had not even considered. The process of supplying/receiving & signing documents via Docusign was super easy & time efficient. He?s very down to earth, honest & easy to work with. We weren?t rushed while looking at houses.
