Mike did an awesome Job for My Fiance and I. We had an investment home and things did not turn out as planned. After redoing the entire home we called Mike to help us list it. He was prompt, precise and most of all his communication was amazing. Within 3 days we were under contract, unfortunately that buyers financing fell through and Mike made us feel super comfortable. He had multiple open houses, multiple offers and stuck it with us until the end! Not to mention we had a dye test issue and instead of us having to hire someone Mike took it on himself and got the job done for us. We are based out of Eastern PA so this was a blessing. Michael did a great job. He was able to be flexible though he has a family. The times when Id call him to talk by phone or ask to meet view a house he would be there. As well if there was any questions hed answer. If a question pertained to not knowing right away, Mike would call or research and took the time give an answer if he had it. That was what impressed me that he cared. Id definitely recommend him to friends or family.

We met Mike at an open house he was hosting. He gave us his card and reached out when we were available to go through our home buying wants and needs. He was patient with us when homes didn?t quite fit the bill. He was creative in his solutions for finding a home and negotiating our offers. We were outbid a couple times but during each negotiation he provided constant contact. That provided reassurance that we did everything we could to have a fighting chance in today?s market. The house we now call our own required yet another creative solution and all hands on deck at the negotiating table and we won! Our house is the perfect home for us. Without Mike?s expertise, talent, and true desire to understand his clients and their needs, we would still be house hunting!
