Michael has a very calm demeanor which helped me center during moments when things felt like they were not moving as I expected. One of those moments was when we initially were unable to put the house on the market because of COVID and shelter in place. Another time was when one of the pipes in the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak that showed up in the kitchen after the house inspector left.
