Michael has a very calm demeanor which helped me center during moments when things felt like they were not moving as I expected. One of those moments was when we initially were unable to put the house on the market because of COVID and shelter in place. Another time was when one of the pipes in the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak that showed up in the kitchen after the house inspector left. He helped organized the plumber, the drywall repair person, and the painter. This was within hours we knew where the leak was and within two days everything was repaired and ready to go. HE went above and beyond the call of duty in a very caring way. He kept us informed in a timely manner and made this a smooth transition.
