Michael J. Moffett is a licensed real estate agent with twenty-eight (28) years of experience in his field. Michael specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial property specifically in the areas of office, industrial, land, investments and build-to-suits. He represents both Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenants. In 1999, 2001, 2004 - 2008, 2011-2015 Michael was awarded the Circle of Distinction award by COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL as one of the top Agents in the nation. Predominantly a Napa Valley resident since 1976, Michael now raises three children with his wife, Marian. He served as the last President of the Napa Valley Economic Development Corporation and for twelve years served as the Director of their annual golf tournament and was a primary fundraiser for the organization. As a member of the Napa Chamber of Commerce he serves on the Financial Oversight Committee to review the Napa County Flood Control And Water Conservation District. Michael is a Past Active of the Active 20-30 Club of Napa, a charter member of the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce and has served as Treasurer for Solano Commercial Brokers (2 terms).
