1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Understand that All Realtors ARE NOT THE SAME! Call Me ASAP so we can discuss the buying process and what you can realistically expect in the current market.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Sellers also need to know that All Realtors ARE NOT THE SAME! You need a True Professional with integrity, knowledge and experience who won't use gimmicks, understands the current market. Someone who really knows how to negotiate & is honest with you instead of telling you what you want to hear to get your business. Someone who will listen to and comprehend your personal needs. Call me for a no nonsense chat about your home's real value, how to best market your home to attract the most qualified buyers & sell for the highest possible price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work everyone from first time residential sellers and buyers to those who have bought and sold several homes. I work with Sellers and Buyers from entry level homes to high end luxury homes and everything in between. I also have extensive experience with clients who need to sell or buy commercial properties.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Just this past week, I was able to successfully negotiate the purchase of a young couple's dream home in spite of receiving double digit multiple offers. They were extremely excited to get the house so it was a life changing event for them. I am always humbled to be part of such an event and while the thrill of out maneuvering the competition is nice, the excitement I hear in their voices when I call to tell them they got the house is absolutely priceless and never gets old!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After 30 successful years in the engineering field, engineering jobs were leaving the US along with product manufacturing jobs so when I got layed off I decided I would use my engineering and construction background to start a career in real estate. I knew I could offer clients a unique skill set that few if any could equal and it proved to be one of the wiser choices I've made in my life because although I've never worked so hard in all my life, I love how rewarding my job is.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a Bachelor's degree and 30 years of hands on product engineering. I designed several homes over the years and contracted several renovation projects including kitchens, baths, home theaters and additions. I also designed and built my own home and have a skill set that includes everything from electrical to plumbing to carpentry including ceramic tile flooring walls, showers and much more. These skills allows me to point out and explain things other realtors will never even notice.
