I was looking for a home for my daughter and I in an area that I had only visited a handful of times. During my first conversation with Melody I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Melody is smart, witty, and extremely personable and Mike, is the calm, cool and collected type, they make a perfect team! At the time, I lived 4.5 hours away yet they always accommodated my limited schedule an took the time to help me navigate and explore different areas (the standard 9-5 does not exist in their book, they were there even if it meant 7pm on a sunday!).Finding the house was probably easiest part, the real work began after the contract (in my case "contracts") which is what really sets this team above the rest, I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful and sincere negotiators than Mike and Melody.
