I knew my home sale was complicated because we were 3000 miles away in MA where we had moved to be closer to family during the pandemic. Michael is an extraordinary communicator and we didnt miss a beat. We collaborated on Zoom for the initial walkthrough and because of Michaels outstanding market knowledge of aEUR~what sells and aEUR~how to price, we were able to minimize repairs and price to sell competitively and quickly. Michael has a core of people behind him (his office staff, handyman, stager, etc) who are knowledgeable, responsive and prompt. We had our offer in < 20 days at the price we wanted and closed in 30. Michael negotiated aggressively to protect our interests and is a master in the art of compromise as appropriate. Again, this was all done long-distance and we were kept informed using Zoom and telephone the entire time. There were no surprises or last minute hiccups.
