Best way to describe Mike is that he goes above and beyond! He helped me tremendously with the entire closing/inspection/escrow process during my first home purchase (more than regular realtors would do). If you're a first time home buyer, I HIGHLY highly recommend Mike as he will go to bat for you during negotiations, and guide you through the entire process. Over the years, he's even given me real estate advice on how to maximize returns. Over this past summer, and now, Mike has been showing me houses for my second purchase. I am very particular -- my first home search was over 8 months long (which Mike endured) -- and over this past summer, Mike gladly showed me properties and worked around my schedule availability.
