Mike is seriously awesome. Hes a human calculator and a likable bulldog. He is easy to reach, even at odd hours and very comforting, through the otherwise stressful process of moving. I do a lot of real estate transactions, will recommend to everyone, I only wish Id met him sooner!

Michael helped me buy this property in Nov 2017 and helped me close on it at the end of August 2020. We came up with a good listing price and got an offer that was 5k above the listing price. We closed on time and Michael was good at negotiating with the buyer agent. I was able to sell this unit with a tenant still on the lease.
