Mike has been my agent for several transactions over the last 27 years. His knowledge of the area helped me find a home in San Clement and sell my home in an undesirable neighborhood,Mike helped us purchase a home in Anaheim Hills during a strong and completive sellers market.We recently sold that home and the escrow was difficult, The laws have changed and not everyone is well versed. The closing date for escrow changed daily. This effected the purchase of out new home.
