***PLEASE READ***I used Mike to sell my house and he lied to the buyers about the property taxes and some structural issues with the house. We ended up having to drop the price of the home 30k right before the closing because the buyer was going to back out because of Mike Lohens deceitful and dishonest practice. Switched realtor last minute and wasted time and money.
