He never once actually checked on our home and just had our renters (that he aEURoevettedaEUR? and approved even though they had a foreclosure in the same year) and had the renters deposit their rent into an account. He kept his 10% and sent the rest to our account. These people destroyed our house. They eventually stopped paying rent and we asked him to evict them. He instead gave them an extra 30 day extension to live in our home. We ended up gutting our own home and redoing it, coming up every weekend from Mississippi, spending about $30,000. We took them to court and won. He was absolutely no help in the whole process and was just defensive about not doing what he was supposed to. I dont recommend him one bit.
