Lisa was open, honest and sought the best for me during my experience working with her to both sell a home, and find a new one, at the same time. She came to my initial appointment with her homework done already. I appreciated her advice on what should/should not fix/renovate/declutter prior to selling. Additionally, she even provided books around the process which were helpful. Going at this alone, she had my best interest, and continually let me know that she would lead me every step of the way, and she did just that. In terms of going to see new homes for myself, she was there. Made sure she looked at the important aspects, especially for a single female like me, that I had the whole picture and could make sure I would not be in over my head. I also want to say her husband, Michael, was awesome too! He stepped in a couple times when Lisa couldn't make the appointment. One thing that I thought made them "go the extra-mile" is when they calculated the costs of a huge list I gave them from the home inspection. I wanted to ensure I was paying the right amount for my house and I appreciated the crunching numbers for me and making sure I got the best deal.
