From pre listing through to the close, Michaels knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, honesty , commitment to service, and street smarts were readily apparent. Prior to listing he did a spot on analysis of the market and gave us great advice regarding cost effective measures to prepare the home for sale. Prior to listing Michael we made Michael aware that we preferred a quick sale rather than the extra dollar. In response he put our interest above his own and explored a strategy that had it been successful would have substantially diminished his commission. After listing he helped us get our net price goal in a market that was limited due to interest rate hikes and a new subdivision immediately adjacent to ours where the developer was offering interest buy downs.
