We spent well over a thousand dollars hiring movers and cleaners to remove all the items left behind and clean the house. Michael and Jill offered to help and even wrote us a check giving us a chunk of their hard-earned commission to offset the extra expenses. We didn't cash it -- it's not their fault the other realtor didn't do her job! Michael and Jill have checked in on us several times since we moved in.
