Michael and his daughter, Cheryl, were the team I worked with. They are both very professional and well-mannered. However, there were times when Michael was involved and times when Cheryl was involved. This made it confusing for me to know who to call or text and which person to email; as they tagged teamed. Phone access was very difficult so be prepared to text, which worked fine for me. I do feel that I was courted for the listing and this is when I received the most attention. After that, I heard crickets hoping that buyers' agents "out there" would show my house. I think the listing agent should also act as a salesperson and try to sell your house--maybe I'm naive. In the end, I sold my house, which is the result I wanted.

I can't imagine after seeing what they did for us that you'll have anything but a first class experience.Our story: After failing to sell our home for 10 months the year before, I decided this time I was going to interview a number of agents for our second try. Perhaps more importantly, when our buyer wanted quick possession Brooke was able to handle all the ups and downs. Brooke then helped us look day and night for a house we loved.
