"I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Klein on the sale of my brother's townhome as part of addressing his estate. I had just moved to the Gulf Coast in February, and when my brother passed from COVID in May, I had no resources to fall back on in terms of local contacts in a time of emotional turmoil. And this property would need a special kind of buyer. I had reached out to another (boutique) broker who was a nightmare. Before I started meeting agents onsite to help write their marketing copy, I had had no concept of the labor that really good agents put into their sales. While I've seen some agents do the bare minimum, I seen many others work their butts off. Michael helped me haul junk to the dumpster in 90+-degree weather, and then he negotiated a deal where the buyer allowed me to leave the really heavy, unwanted stuff behind. He brought my brother's orchids (and there were several) into the house and dismantled the shelving in advance of hurricane Elsa when I couldn't get there myself to ensure the racks didn't become projectiles, he's amazing!"
